Let me introduce myself and how I can work with you to develop a healthier and happier life; one in which you never have to diet, restrict or obsess about food and your weight ever again.
First and foremost, I’m a coach. What that means is, I offer you tools to take back the power in your life so that you can achieve your goals. I do not tell you what you’re doing wrong, give you a prescription to change it and send you on your way to figure it out all on your own. I stick with you every step of the way, 24/7, whenever you need some guidance or support. I am not a magician and I can’t do it for you, but I can stand by you and partner with you so that you don’t have to go this journey alone. I offer super easy baby steps that, over time, add up to huge and lasting change.
Secondly, I am a cheerleader. I want to see you succeed and I am confident that you can. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, fix digestive issues or create a balance between your busy schedule and your health goals, I’m in your corner, cheering you on even when you are frustrated and feeling lost.
I am a health nut. Call me crazy, but I’m having a love affair with vegetables. After years of struggling with my own bad relationship with food, I have discovered the healthy lifestyle that works for me, makes me happy and is easy to sustain. And I want to show you how to do the same. You know that deep, dark pit of hopelessness and frustration that is caused by too many diets that didn’t work? I want to get down in that pit with you so we can find the light together. I believe that getting right with your relationship with food is the best way to fuel your body so that you can achieve all of your goals.
Believe it or not, I do NOT tell you what not to do or eat. Instead, my philosophy centers on a method called “adding in”. We focus on adding in delicious, nutritious habits into your life instead of removing the unhealthy habits. So, if you feel like you absolutely HAVE to eat 3 donuts every morning, I say, have at it. You may be thinking, “What’s the catch?” The trick is, once we integrate in some easy healthy habits, you eventually won’t even want those donuts anymore. No reliance on self-discipline and restriction, just good old-fashioned self-love through healthy food.
